Houdbaar tot: op dronk. Kan eventueel nog twee jaar worden bewaard.

Mariëtte:
Mariëtte Brut Rosé has a pale pink-golden colour with a lively mousse and delicate bubbles. Red fruit aromas like raspberries and cherries on the nose. The palate is elegant and juicy with beautiful tones of berries and yeast that finish with a crisp acidity. Its well-balanced, classic elegance makes this brut rosé a winemaker’s selection.

Being a rich and fruit forward Cap Classique it will pair beautiful with roasted duck breast with raspberry sauce. The mild and buttery baby swiss cheese contrasts beautifully with Mariëtte Brut Rose’s higher acidity and fine bubbles. Smoked salmon, shrimp or dishes with red fruits is also a match made in heaven or try it just on its own to celebrate any occasion.
