• Two unique Stellenbosch Chardonnay vineyards are used in the production of this Chardonnay, one situated on the foothills of the Simonsberg and the other on the Helderberg.
• Grapes are hand-picked and whole bunch pressed, followed by settling in tank overnight.
• Juice is racked to barrel the following day for fermentation, 33% new, 50% second fill and 17% third fill 228 litre French oak, followed by an ageing period of nine months before bottling in January 2022.

Tasting Notes: The nose is restrained, classic, pure and true to Chardonnay. Yellow citrus, green apple, roasted nuts and spice. The palate is light and structured, tightly wound and bursting with citrus and apple.

Ready for drinking now and until 2029.
