Kleur: flonkerend goudgeel, fijne belletjes
Geur: delicaat, bloemetjes, abrikoos, appeltjes, citrus
Smaak: verfijnd, zacht, rijp fruit (peer, abrikoos), bubbels blijven het gehemelte tikkelen
Houdbaar tot: op dronk. Kan eventueel nog twee jaar worden bewaard.
Lekker bij: lichte voorgerechten met vis of gevogelte, als aperitief, bij de brunch en bij elke feestelijke gelegenheid.

Mariëtte:
CapeSecco Chenin blanc is light-bodied, vibrant, and fresh wine with a crisp acidity. Elegant and fragrant notes of peach, melon and pear tingles your nose. On the palate the wine has light fine bubbles, a well-rounded mid palate with delicate tropical and white fruit that linger though the finish. Best served chilled 7 – 9 ˚C and enjoy with a Beautiful Rebel on your side.
Being a light, fruity and elegant wine it is ideal as an aperitif. But it will pair beautifully with shrimp and shellfish, smoked salmon, caviar, fried calamari, and oysters. Summer salads especially one is with fruit like peach or pear or fruit-based desserts such as tarts and crepes.

Vivacious Charmat sparkler (2nd ferment in tank), 12 weeks on lees, as pink sibling. 2020 most balanced of the trio, though touch sweeter than 2019 rosé (both are extra-dry style). Lovely lemon butter biscuit & dried peach flavours, long limy finish.
