Geur: open, vanille, rijp zomerfruit, gedroogde abrikoos, specerijen, bloemig, complex
Smaak: volle aanzet, rijk, tropisch fruit, fraai bittertje, hazelnoten, lange complexe afdronk.
Houdbaar: Nu op dronk en houdbaar tot eind 2028
Lekker bij: een echte eetwijn, drinken bij rijke maaltijden met veel saus, boter of room. Varkensvlees, stoofpotten of gevulde gevogelte. Niet te koud serveren, ongeveer 13-14 graden.

Complex fruit and mineral flavours with a creamy mouth feel and well-balanced tannin structure. We recommend a serving temperature of 14 Celsius. This wine ages exceptionally well and because it is not filtered or fined, sediment may be deposited in the bottle.

SCALI Blanc 2022 was aged for 12 months in old French oak barriques, after which it was bottled unfined and unfiltered.

WINEMAKING
The grapes are hand harvested early in the morning into well vented crates of 10kg capacity. Crushing and destemming takes place directly into our press and the juices is then transferred to old French oak barrels for a spontaneous, wild fermentation.
